fantastic city stay!
wonderful staff safest route great valet service
The staff are wonderful. They assisted me with every request. they gave directions for the safest routes anytime i left the hotel. they even arranged my manicure and accompanied me to the salon. the valet service reminded me of a five-star experience.
the breakfast options were somewhat limited for those not consuming pork.

the breakfast offered fresh fruit options and pastries daily. the room included a safe for securing valuables and documents. housekeeping provided fresh towels each day and restocked toiletries.

The location is very convenient. It is close to restaurants and shops. The valet staff perform their tasks with efficiency. They are always friendly.
The room I stayed in was rather small. The television offered limited channels. There was no access to streaming services.

central location breakfast variety clean room shower door street noise parking access
the location was central (very useful for getting around). breakfast included a nice variety of options. the room was clean and well kept.
the shower door did not close properly. there was some street noise at night (i had trouble sleeping). finding the hotel and parking area was a little difficult.

underwhelming stay
dusty carpet varied price
the breakfast was fine.
the room carpet seemed dusty and dirty, and my white socks turned black after walking on it. bar drink prices also varied depending on who worked there. i also would have liked more fruit options.
